This inclusive community event celebrates lesbian and queer women’s riding culture with a scenic group motorcycle ride through the Hunter, followed by an afternoon of connection, learning, and celebration at Newcastle’s iconic queer venue, Bernie’s Bar.
The day brings together riders and non-riders alike, promoting visibility, empowerment, and women’s health while challenging stereotypes and building community.
We arrive at Bernie’s Bar between 12:00–12:15pm, where the celebrations continue with:
-
Free community BBQ
-
Market stalls
-
Inspiring motorcycle talks by Aurora Bilby
-
Women’s health education sessions
-
DJ sets and afternoon celebrations
All riders are welcome — L & P plate friendly — and non-riders are encouraged to join us at Bernie’s.
Bring your bike, bring your pride, and be part of a day celebrating women, visibility, and community on two wheels.
