(Mulubinba/Newcastle) Newcastle Pride gathers, celebrates and works on the lands of the Awabakal, Worimi and Wonnarua people. We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and rightful owners of these lands. We pay our respect to all Elders.  We honour their continuing relationship with land, sea, culture and community.

Our vision is to make the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Hunter Region a happier, healthier, safer and more culturally rich place for all of the LGBTQIA+ community. To empower the current and future generations to be their true selves and feel accepted and proud of who they are, regardless of their gender identity or sexuality. We aspire to a safer, more inclusive future for our community.
