2019 Launch Event - Twisted Cabaret

Pride Festival Launch Event on Friday evening, 23 August   - “Twisted Cabaret” at Newcastle City Hall.

An night of twisted camp carry-on in one of Newcastle’s most unique and prestigious venues. There will be two options - Book a table of 10 and enjoy a delicious two course meal and show, or book the show only in the art deco upstairs gallery.

Pride Fair Day - Foreshore Park, Newcastle East

Family Friendly Free Event - Freedom to be me !

Following the acclaimed success of our inaugural 2018 Newcastle Pride Festival, we are doing it all again. With a count of 7,000 people in attendance and an atmosphere that was filled to the brim with energy, love and diversity.  70 retail stalls, 30 community stalls and 20 food vendors. Sea of hearts and amazing entertainment.  Pride is a time for a celebration that involves lots of colour ‘n’ motion, drag out your rainbow flags, shirts, tights, wig’s anything rainbow and head to Pride Fair Day. 

Just be comfortable and come celebrate this Family friendly event, there will be community stalls, retail stalls, food vans, kids activities, doggywood parade, and lots more.

Bring a rug or your banana chair and  settle in and get ready for some fun entertainment.

Our aim is to showcase to locals and visitors that Newcastle is a city of diversity, culture and beauty. We plan to grow the Festival into an amazing annual event and bring our community together in unity and put Newcastle back on the event map.
